Terms & Conditions | Class Act Mobile Taps LLC

1. Service Overview

Class Act Mobile Taps LLC provides mobile tap trailer rental services for private and public events. Our packages include delivery, set-up, tear-down, and onsite supervision by TIPS-certified barhands depending on the selected service tier.

We do not sell or provide alcoholic beverages. All alcohol and beverages must be supplied by the client and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled event.

  • Bookings made within 30 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards via Wix Payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event:

    • Your 50% deposit is non-refundable.

    • However, we’ll gladly apply your deposit as a credit toward a future booking (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event:

    • No refunds will be issued.

    • The full payment is forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Class Act Mobile Taps LLC.

4. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations due to weather, personal emergencies, or changes in plans.

  • If we are unable to provide service due to mechanical failure, staff emergency, or unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued or a reschedule will be offered.

  • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with beverage choices, quantity, or guest consumption.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all beverages, ice, cups, napkins, straws, and mixers.

  • Ensuring all alcoholic beverage service complies with federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:

  • Verifying ages (21+).

  • Refusing service to intoxicated or underage guests.

  • Preventing misuse, theft, or damage to the tap trailer and equipment during the rental period.

  • Any damages may result in additional charges.

6. Weather Policy

Class Act Mobile Taps LLC operates rain or shine. Clients are encouraged to prepare for weather by providing coverage (tents, etc.) for the trailer and bar staff if needed. If extreme or dangerous weather prevents safe service, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.

7. Photography & Marketing

Clients agree that Class Act Mobile Taps LLC may use photographs and videos taken at your event for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event date.

8. Liability & Insurance

We carry full general and liquor liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any alcohol-related incidents during or after the event. Clients accept full responsibility for all alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements as detailed in our rental agreement.

9. Delivery & Travel

  • All packages include free delivery within a 30-mile radius from our home base (Lansing, MI).

  • Additional mileage is billed at $2.00 per mile beyond the included range.

  • Parking space must be accessible, level, and safe for trailer placement.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
